Succulent Cafe is a family owned and operated restaurant run by the owners, David & Sylvia Brents.  The Brents' background is in hospitality & finance.  The restaurant's General Manager is Brian McLaughlin who's background includes the Hyatt chain of hotels.  Our Culinary Team sources local & organic, seasonal produce whenever possible.
