Our belief is that this is the time when we honor the past. To go back to the processes of our ancestors. We can our own jams, jellies, and pickles - sourcing all product from local farmers markets. This allows us to have the bounty of the seasons throughout the year. We use these products in our own dishes and offer them for purchase at the cafe.
 
Salt = Flavor. We also jar artisan salts and peppercorns. We feature natural salts that we use in our curing process and also offer the occasional infused salt for fun.
